These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all Alphainno products and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
Acceptance of terms
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using any Alphainno product or service — including Alpha ERP, Alpha Team, AlphaSearch, Alpha Dashboard, Uddoktanet, and the Alphainno App Store — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Alphainno services. By using our products, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accounts and access
Account registration
To access most Alphainno services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Account security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@alphainno.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Alphainno is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or our platform.
Use of services
Permitted use
You may use Alphainno services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Our products are designed for business and personal productivity use.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software; use our services to transmit malware or harmful content; scrape or harvest data without permission; impersonate any person or entity; or use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Fair use
We reserve the right to limit or throttle usage that places excessive load on our infrastructure or negatively impacts other users' experience.
Intellectual property
Alphainno's IP
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and technology within Alphainno products are the exclusive property of Alphainno or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any Alphainno intellectual property.
Your content
You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to Alphainno services. By using our services, you grant Alphainno a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our products, you grant Alphainno the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
Payments and subscriptions
Billing
Paid Alphainno services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
Price changes
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Disclaimers and limitations
Service availability
Alphainno services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphainno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alphainno and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.
Privacy
Data handling
Your use of Alphainno services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.
Governing law
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Alphainno services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Changes to these terms
Updates
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
